Aftermath of Friday Night Live

The events of the first Friday Night Live are still sending shockwaves throughout the house. After a night of exhausting challenges that included hopping over imaginary planets and battling aliens, Nobbi won the games. As the winner of the first Friday Night Live Nobbi was given a globe trophy – which immediately broke. He also won $20,000 prize money, or did he? Earlier in the day Nobbi put on David’s hoodie, entered the Big Brother house and pretended to be David. Because this was a violation of Nobbi’s living arrangement Big Brother took away his prize money. Instead Big Brother awarded him with $20,000 Zimbabwe dollars, which is equivalent to roughly $1 Australian.

The next morning Big Brother called all housemates including Nobbi into the Diary Room. He gave the housemates a status update for Rima, who was injured during one of the Friday Night Live games. Her little foot was broken and she is recovering in the hospital. Rima had a message for Dixie: The hospital food is much better than the food inside the Big Brother house. The housemates recorded a get well message for Rima.

The First Task: Win the task, win a Kitchen

One of the surprise twists of the season was the Big Brother house did not have a kitchen. Instead Big Brother supplied them with a Food Conveyor Belt that distributed different meals of Big Brother’s choosing to the housemates. This method of fine dining upset the boys. Saxon and Rory entered the Diary Room to complain about the situation. Rory said a normal lunch of his consisted of four sandwiches, a candy bar, fruit, and whatever leftovers that were available. Saxon adds that they have a big appetite.

Later that night Big Brother surprised the housemates with their first task. The housemates were to answer multiple choice question about how well they have been paying attentional to the house details, and the other housemates. One at a time they entered the DR and answered their question. In order to win the task they had to get at least 7 questions right. The housemates completed the task by answering 9 questions correct. Big Brother awarded the housemates with a brand spanking new kitchen – filled with all the appliances, utensils, and food any 5 star cook would want.

Spa Mafia: Princess Sparkles returns

The ongoing mystery of the disappearance of Bridget’s stuffed unicorn Princess Sparkles continues. For those who are not familiar the Spa Mafia (The boys minus Travis) kidnapped Prince Sparkles in hopes to cause some drama between the woman. Bridget and Bianca began the search around the house for the missing stuffed toy. They checked the bedroom, locker room and backyard once more. Bridget also briefly searched inside Nobbi’s Kombi van (which is where Princess Sparkles was hidden) and didn’t find her. Eventually, she gave up.

The boys decided to move forward in their plans. Princess Sparkles was planted inside of Dixie’s locker and Saxon gave Bridget a fake clue from Big Brother. He told her that Big Brother informed him that a girl took Princess Sparkles. Bridget went back into the locker room and found her toy inside of Dixie’s locker. Bridget immediately suspected that Dixie was setup by either another housemate or Big Brother.

Will Bridget ever find out the truth? Will the viewing public punish the Spa Mafia for hiding Princess Sparkles? Does anyone really care about a stuffed unicorn? Stay Tuned to Big Brother Australia!

- The girls fight over the kitchen. The boys stay out of the fight, Renee joins the boys in the backyard.
